Bedrooms
In all, Casa Aqva comfortably sleeps 6.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, air-conditioning, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and under-bed storage.
The second bedroom has bunks to sleep 2, with a chest of drawers.
The alcove living room includes a very comfortable queen sized sofa bed to sleep an additional two if required.
Bathroom
The large family bathroom off the master bedroom includes an open shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin.
Kitchen & Living
The kitchen and dining room are very well equipped for cooking and entertaining with stone benches, gas burners and oven, electric griller, extraction fan, sink, washing machine and refrigerator with freezer. Other facilities include kettle, iron, ironing board, plentiful cutlery, crockery, glassware, serving bowls, platters, kitchen utensils (including electric beater and food processor, cork screws, good knives and knife sharpener). The dining room seats 6 comfortably.
A wood burning stove has been installed in the fireplace, to take the chill out of the night air, however this would only be required during the off season from November through to February.
Piazza and Pizza Oven
The piazza is perfect for relaxing in the sun, with views down the valley to the small vineyard, or you may prefer to lounge in a deck chair under one of the many olive trees. There are two tables for alfresco dining. An original oven is located outside adjacent to the piazza, perfect for pizza or a side of lamb - what ever takes your fancy.
Accommodation Note
All linen and towels are provided, including beach towels. The property is cleaned prior to guests' arrival, and if staying more than the week, there is a weekly change of linen and a light clean.
Children are most welcome, however must be supervised at all times. This is a working farm with deep water cisterns which could pose a risk to unsupervised children.
Smoking and pets are not permitted inside the house.
Casa Aqva is protected by monitored alarm, which includes a panic button for emergencies.
