Prices
The second week attracts a 10% discount with further discounts possible for longer lets.

Shorter rental periods may also be available. Contact us to discuss rates and availability.

Bookings
Contact us by email to check availability and pricing. A 40% deposit is payable on confirmation of your booking, with the remaining 60% due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A 200 euro breakage deposit is required with the final payment (and will be refunded if there are no breakages or damage).

Weekly rates include a key collection service, escort to the property and electricity up to the value of 50 euros (which is usually more than sufficient). Consumption over this amount is calculated by a meter reading at 0.35 euros per kw. Details confirmed on booking.

Cot hire is available at a nominal fee.

Changeover day
This is flexible. Please check availability. The usual departure time is 10 am and check in time is 3 pm.
